Breckenridge History asked to expand its previously approved 2025 stabilization work at the Laurium Trailhead to include replacing the blacksmith-shop roof and placing the structure on footers. OSAC unanimously approved the added scope without conditions, noting Breckenridge History already had staff and equipment on site.
