Butler County supervisors increase township clerk pay to $500 a year
The Butler County Board of Supervisors on June 18 adopted Resolution No. 2008-2024 to raise township clerks' annual compensation from $300 to $500, effective July 1, 2024; trustees remain paid $30 per meeting and an hourly $13.50 rate applies for extra official business.

The Butler County Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted Resolution No. 2008-2024 on June 18, 2024, increasing township clerks’ annual compensation to $500 effective July 1, 2024. County Auditor Leslie Groen told the board township clerks last received a pay increase in 2008 and recommended the change.
