Cheatham County approves three zone changes including commercial rezoning on Highway 12
The Cheatham County commission approved three zoning map amendments Dec. 20: R1 to C3 at 2701 Hwy 12 N (Jeremy Kerley), C2 to Agriculture on Mosley Ferry Rd (Ronnie Brown), and Agriculture to E1 at 2701 Hwy 49 W (Corey Boone). No public speakers opposed the changes.
