The board approved rezoning of Map 057 Parcel 009.01 and Parcel 010.09 from A‑1 Agricultural to I‑1 Industrial after motions were made and seconded by county members. A separate resolution adopted the change for a parcel at 4830 Hooper Hwy (Map 127 Parcel 128.02) from R‑1 Residential to C‑2 General Commercial. Each motion passed as recorded in the minutes.
Motions were made on the floor and seconded as required by county rules; votes were recorded as carried in the meeting minutes. The Planning Commission had previously recommended the actions, and public‑hearing notices were issued in advance of the Aug. 18 session.
