Tipton County delegates PILOT authority to Covington industrial board
On Jan. 12 the Tipton County Legislative Body approved Resolution No. 26/01/526, authorizing the Industrial Development Board of Covington to enter into payments-in-lieu-of-taxes agreements, following a motion by Commissioner Michael W. Naifeh and second by Commissioner Richard Kelley.
