Commissioner Brad Wiseman moved to adopt the ordinance and Commissioner Annissa Kellum seconded. The motion carried with three ayes and no nays. The ordinance was presented as a short-term tool to allow county staff and elected officials time to review development standards, infrastructure impacts and community objectives before new high-density projects proceed.
