At a June 2 Ben Hill County workshop, County Manager Michael Dinnerman updated commissioners on Joint Services and said the board must decide by November whether to keep a proposed 45/55 SPLOST split. He also raised privatizing trash (noting a truck would still be required) and a proposed SPLOST-funded computer lease.
