Following an executive session on pending litigation and review of prior executive session minutes, Fayette County commissioners returned to official session and approved a workers' compensation settlement with Reginald Jordan for $115,000. County legal staff said the settlement includes standard release documents, a confidentiality provision, a non-disparagement agreement and a provision preventing re‑employment with the county.
Assistant County official Patrick Stough advised the Board of the pending litigation item and the settlement terms. Vice Chairman Edward Gibbons moved to approve the settlement and Commissioner Charles W. Oddo seconded; the motion passed 5‑0. The Board also approved the April 22, 2025 executive session minutes.
