The board approved routine administrative business: designating the Rawlins County Square Deal as official newspaper, naming county depositories, adopting a GAAP exemption resolution, approving noxious weed agreements, and authorizing payment of $163,576.05 to Cahoj's upon completion of remaining punch-list items.
