Durham commissioners approve multiple contracts, budget amendment and board appointments; two pulled items cleared

At the May 27 meeting the Durham County Board approved a budget amendment for revaluation costs, multiple CIP and service contracts, property tax releases, and appointed members to several boards and commissions; two consent items pulled for public comment — protective vests and animal shelter preplanning — were approved.
