Brewster County extends burn ban through Oct. 13, 2025

Commissioner Ruben Ortega moved on Aug. 26, 2025, to extend the Brewster County burn ban from Aug. 29, 2025, through Oct. 13, 2025. Commissioner Sara Allen Colando seconded the motion and the court approved the extension on a 5-0 vote.
