Rock County approves ProElectric courthouse mini-split contract using LATCF funds
The board approved ProElectric’s single informal bid totaling $66,?190.41 in line-item quotes for mini-splits, electrical work and ductwork to extend courtroom AC to upstairs offices; funding will come from LATCF funds.

Trent Kinney and Caleb Irwin presented ProElectric’s informal bid for mini-split air conditioning for the courthouse main floor and related electrical and ductwork. ProElectric was the only vendor to submit an informal bid. The board approved ProElectric’s quote of $49,892.45 for mini-splits, $3,826.88 for electrical work and $13,471.08 for courtroom-to-upstairs ductwork. The project will be paid from LATCF funds.
