Councilperson Moss also moved to approve a proposed $12,000 contract with Artist In Mind (doing business as The Verve Pipe) for the 2023 Ash Cultural Event and to approve a proposed rider contract with LMNO Concerts LLC; Councilperson Scoby seconded and both motions were unanimously adopted.
Those approvals followed a broader Consent Agenda the council approved at the start of the meeting. The Consent Agenda included approval of Nov. 15, 2022 minutes; payroll reports for pay periods ending Nov. 12 and Nov. 26, 2022 (totals $150,395.12 and $150,193.00 respectively); accounts payable reports for periods ending Nov. 15 and Nov. 28, 2022 ($122,046.51 and $649,095.90 respectively); and several mayoral appointments and reappointments to bodies including the Downtown Development Authority, Planning Commission, Greenville Area Community Foundation Board and Local Advisory Council.
