The Soddy‑Daisy Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted 2022‑2023 Ordinance No. 2 on Sept. 1, 2022, amending the city's zoning ordinance, Article IV, Schedule of District Regulations, Section 1503, subsections 15 and 16 related to R‑T/Z district regulations. The ordinance passed on second and final reading with Vice‑Mayor Cothran moving and Commissioner Coleman seconding the motion.
