Assistant Maintenance Director Cody Cupp told the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 20 that the Rodeo Arena construction project has accumulated substantial change-order costs and is roughly $1.4 million over the original contract. Cupp cited specific line items, including a stadia footing at about $400,000, overtime costs of about $502,000 and a stage relocation of about $200,000.
