At the hearing, Tracy Baker, the authorized real-estate agent representing Danny and Jeannie Young, described a proposed R1-to-R3 rezoning at 7515 Old Clarksville Pike that would allow two quadplexes totaling eight units. Neighbors Claude and Pamela Adams spoke in opposition.…
