RISE Peer Recovery reports high completion rates, requests county match for FY2026
Vanessa Phillips told commissioners IRACS RISE served 116 participants in FY2025 with an 83% completion rate for eligible discharges and requested the county begin discussions about a 30% match (approximately $107,000) as the program continues into the next fiscal year.
