County approves trial CaseBase contract for Community Corrections

The Dubois County Commissioners voted to approve a CaseBase software and equipment agreement with String, Inc. for the Community Corrections department. Commissioner Chad A. Blessinger presented the agreement, noting a trial rate of $1,000 per month from June through December 2025; equipment — eight iPads and seven security enclosures — was listed at $3,031.28. The board authorized Community Corrections Director Wyatt Madden to sign the agreement on the County’s behalf. The minutes record that the monthly fee will increase to $3,500 beginning January 2026 after the trial period.
