Brian Barton, EMA/911 Director, told the Fulton County Board of Commissioners that the dispatch clocks in the emergency communications center are more than 20 years old and "in dire need of replacement." Barton said a system called "Pre Alert" is in place and that the information has been distributed to local fire departments as part of ongoing training efforts.
