DPW Supervisor Jeff Graham told the Committee of the Whole that crews have identified dead trees within the city’s rights-of-way and described uncertainty about which trees are managed under easements and which are private responsibilities. Graham sought clearer guidance so crews and property owners understand who is responsible for removal and maintenance.
