Commissioners receive Emerson Creek amendment; RUMA under review with developer to cover road repairs

The Erie County Commissioners received a copy of an amendment to the Emerson Creek Wind Farm certificate and discussed next steps for county oversight. Commissioner Pat Shenigo asked about the project’s status, and County Administrator Hank Solowiej said the Road Use Maintenance Agreement (RUMA) is being reviewed by the Erie County Prosecutor’s Office and the Erie County Engineer.
