Charlotte County approves payments, reappointments and reports US Cellular lease backpay
The Board approved FY2025 invoices totaling $426,858.25, subsequent invoices of $15,506.86, appropriations of $3,876, multiple board appointments and reappointments for 2025, and heard that US Cellular will pay $25,792 in backpay and $1,648/month going forward for a ground-lease with a 3% annual escalator.
