The Court approved several plats/replats and a variance: Oak Ridge Estates Unit-1 replat to form Lot 1-A, a variance for Jeckers Cove Retreat due to encroachments, and a replat forming Lot 14A; all motions passed unanimously.

During the June 23 meeting the Commissioners Court conducted public hearings and approved multiple land-use items. The Court approved the replat of Lot 1-R and part of Lot 2-R of Oak Ridge Estates Unit-1 to form Lot 1-A after a public hearing and motion by Commissioner Peter Jones, seconded by Commissioner Linda Raschke.
