The action list included a motion by Commissioner Dwayne Faust — seconded by Commissioner Vincent Svec — to approve a maintenance bond from Elliott Construction, LLC for Kachina Vista Phase 1 Subdivision in the amount of $60,000. The Court recorded all votes as aye. Commissioner Faust moved, and Commissioner Svec seconded, a separate motion approving Special Road Use Permit #2026‑3‑51 to allow Wildfire Energy Operating to use County Road 375 for the Schaper HCX 1H and Sorsby HCX 1H sites that span Precincts 1 and 3; that motion also passed unanimously.
