Parmer County to create Election Administrator role effective Jan. 1, 2025
The Parmer County Commissioners Court approved creating a full-time Election Administrator position effective Jan. 1, 2025, after County Clerk Susie Spring said election work has become full time and the new role would not increase the county's budget because an election clerk already in training would fill it.

The Parmer County Commissioners Court voted May 20 to create an Election Administrator position for the county effective Jan. 1, 2025. County Clerk Susie Spring presented the County Election Commission's recommendation and told the court that "the job has become a full time position."
