Kittitas County on July 15 approved a Request for Qualifications and Proposals for engineering services for the Ryegrass solid waste facility. The RFQ will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on August 4, 2025 at the Kittitas County Solid Waste office (925 Industrial Way, Ellensburg), and the Clerk of the Board was authorized to publish the notice.
