Owner ordered to return with cleanup plan for unsafe Main Street building
After the Health Department reported no debris removed from an unsafe building at 5390 Main St., the board ordered landowner Rob Slotten to appear May 5 with either a purchase agreement or a contractor agreement to complete remediation within six weeks and to clear the right-of-way immediately.

Health Administrative Director Shawn Werner and Environmental Health Specialist Christina Pierini reported on a complaint filed in October 2024 concerning an unsafe, dilapidated building at 5390 Main St., Dubois. The Health Department said it had given the landowner, Rob Slotten, time to remove the building and debris but that no removal had occurred to date.
