Madison County board votes to eliminate Real Estate Tax Cycle Committee, transfer duties to Finance Committee
The Madison County Board voted 22–1 on Oct. 20, 2021 to dissolve the Real Estate Tax Cycle Committee and transfer its duties to the Finance and Government Operations Committee, a change Board Chairman Kurt Prenzler said was aimed at streamlining oversight.
