Heather Cleveland, a planner with the Kitsap County Department of Community Development, presented an overview of the "Year of the Rural" project to the Planning Commission at its Aug. 5 meeting. The commission adopted the meeting agenda at the outset and then heard Cleveland's briefing, which staff summarized in a slide presentation referenced during the meeting.
