Brad Barham of Evaunt Inc. updated commissioners on plans for Tri-Sight to build a third floor on its building to house a data center. Barham also presented a summary of completed tasks for the county’s Wastewater Initiative and introduced a proposal from CRS Engineers to develop a Lincoln County Master Rail Plan to enhance rail infrastructure, citing a proposed cost of $148,500.
