County officials reviewed vendor proposals and discussed the software options; Tyler Technology’s offer of a three‑year 3% cap on annual increases was judged the most favorable. Commissioner Steve Forde moved to sign the contract and Commissioner Cameron Swenson seconded; the motion passed on a unanimous roll‑call vote.
No contract dollar total was stated in open session and the commission did not provide implementation dates or migration timelines at the meeting. The board also approved an updated entity authorization for county credit cards in the same session.
