FRANKFORT, Ky. — The Franklin County Fiscal Court on Feb. 18 authorized multiple contract and finance actions intended to advance local projects and improve short-term investment returns.
The court, presided over by County Judge/Executive Michael Mueller, approved Change Order #4 and Change Order #5 to Codell Construction on the Blue Sky Electric bid for Lakeview Park Project Phase I. Squire Mike Harrod moved for approval of Change Order #4, seconded by Squire J.W. Blackburn; the motion passed on a 6–1 vote with Squire Eric Whisman voting no. Squire Blackburn moved for approval of Change Order #5, seconded by Squire Harrod; that motion also passed 6–1 with Whisman opposed.
