The board unanimously approved a Sub-Agreement appointing Fulton County as administrator for state food purchase funds previously routed to the Fulton County Food Basket, Inc.; the Food Basket director explained the change in funding flow.

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted Feb. 10 to approve and execute a Sub-Agreement with the Fulton County Food Basket, Inc. that names the county as administrator of the State Food Purchase Program (SFPP). Food Basket Director Sue Cubbage told the commissioners that state funds will now flow to the county rather than directly to the Food Basket, making a county-administered Sub-Agreement necessary.
