Midlothian council authorizes multiple infrastructure, utility and park projects
The council approved construction and professional services agreements including detention-pond repairs, water-treatment plant mechanical upgrades, an ERP assessment, and a playground replacement; votes on these procurement items were unanimous. The detention pond bid was $1,227,116; playground costs exceeded budget and were adjusted upward by roughly $8,934.
