Baldwin County Jail project utility move will require two tree removals; Bay Minette resident raises construction concerns

Patrick Addison of PH&J Architects said the work will require removing two trees rather than cutting them and that Baldwin County has agreed to landscape both sides of the area after the power-line relocation.
Property owner Al Thompson addressed the council to express concerns about conduct at the Wharton-Smith construction site and asked that property owners be respected. Brian Jones of Wharton-Smith responded directly to Thompson and offered to meet to address the issues.
