City planning staff provided a brief update on the comprehensive-plan process and asked commissioners to help promote public participation. Staff (Otis Spriggs) said the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) is overseeing the update, the online survey is live (a QR code and link are available), and outreach will occur at market days and Heart of Christmas events.
