Sauk County LRE committee approves Bluffview Village developer-agreement amendment and Greenwood PRD permit
The Land Resources and Extension Committee unanimously approved a first amendment to the Developer's Agreement for the Plat of Bluffview Village (Town of Sumpter) and combined approval of a conditional use permit and PRD easement removal for Kevin Greenwood (Town of Greenfield). Both towns had previously approved the proposals.
