Mayor Steve Wilmoth reported that Commissioner Doug Evans’ term had expired and that Commissioner Maynes is stepping down mid‑term because he relocated to Canada and his return to Oakley full time is uncertain. The mayor recommended reappointing Jan Manning and Cliff Goldthorpe to four‑year terms on the Planning Commission and opening the vacated seat for public applications.
