Chase County accepts three-year Schneider Geospatial contract to replace GWorks

Assessor Tori Mueller presented a proposed three-year GIS services agreement with Schneider Geospatial, LLC at the Feb. 24 Chase County commission meeting. The Board unanimously voted to accept the contract, which replaces the county's existing GWorks service.
The agreement carries a one-time setup fee of $5,000 and annual charges of $18,756 for the first year, $19,694 for the second year and $20,679 for the third year. The contract term will commence on July 1, 2026.
No motion to amend the contract terms was recorded; the board approved the agreement as presented. The assessor will proceed with contract implementation according to county procurement procedures.
