Officials from the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency presented an update on the Mossdale Urban Flood Risk Reduction Project to the City Council on Jan. 12. City Engineer Brad Taylor introduced Executive Director Darren Suen and Senior Project Manager Ryan Curry, who described project progress and responded to council questions about impacts and timelines.
