Kent County Levy Court adopted ordinance LC 25-05 on March 10, 2026, replacing chapter 84 of the county code to incorporate updated bylaws for the Kent County Regional Sewer Advisory Board. The court voted 7-0 to adopt the ordinance after a staff presentation and a public hearing in which no members of the public spoke.
