Lapeer County’s Personnel Committee on Feb. 12 recommended eliminating four vacant CMH ABA Technician positions, creating several new CMH and Parks roles, approved a non‑registered dietician hire contingent on credentialing, adopted a revised Building Closure Policy and a Workplace Relationship Policy, and recommended two tentative union agreement extensions (each passed 2–1).
