At the March 4 workshop a commissioner asked the Board to explore options to address loud noise from trucks using engine or compression brakes near the Eagle/Lakewood intersection. Town staff and the town attorney said they would prepare a draft ordinance similar to those used by other municipalities to restrict such usage. The ordinance will return to the Board for consideration and a vote at a future meeting; no ordinance language or enforcement details were provided at the workshop.
