Caitlin Messerly (planning and zoning) described individual projects: a seawall and dock replacement for Sean and Patricia Pandina (FLP‑25‑47); removal of a boathouse and replacement with a rock patio for the Richardson Revocable Living Trust (FLP‑25‑44); a galvanized-steel boat lift at Little Bitterroot Lake for Colin and Carrie Ranger (FLP‑25‑48); rock placement and minor dredge/berm work for Crevier Family Trust; seawall repairs and log removal for Willem and Vicky Coffey; and seawall and dock replacement proposals for Jason McMillan. For each, Messerly confirmed the proposed impervious coverage and described required conditions.
Commissioners approved each lakeshore permit by voice vote.
On Gardner Investments (FLP‑22‑49), staff reported the permit was issued in 2022, no work had been completed, and a representative for the applicant was not present. After noting prior extensions and lack of progress, a commissioner moved to deny a further extension and the board voted to deny the extension.
All permit approvals were preliminary administrative actions; applicants must meet permit conditions and any required mitigation measures prior to or as part of construction.
