Amy Dexter, finance, told commissioners the county is beginning implementation of a payroll and time‑clock system under a software license and statement of work with Personal Data Systems Incorporated. "Legal's reviewed this, Tammy and Justin and I have been through it and agree that it's a good contract and ready to go," Dexter said.
A commissioner moved to sign the document and a second was recorded. Commissioners voted in favor and the chair declared the motion carried; the transcript does not record a roll‑call tally.
Dexter confirmed the expense is in the current budget. The approval authorizes staff in Finance and County legal to finalize contract signatures and proceed with implementation according to the statement of work.
