Council unanimously extends development deadlines for two tract/parcel maps
The council approved a three‑year extension for tentative tract maps 37381 and 37382 (Wausau Canyon Homes) and a two‑year extension for tentative parcel map 38124 and Industrial Design Review 2020‑11 (North Elsinore Business Park). Both items were approved unanimously after staff presentations that described outstanding biological or culvert reconstruction conditions.
