Commissioners approve routine plats, procurement, donations and a fire-district annexation

At the Oct. 30 meeting the board approved a set of routine consent and action items — including a surplus sale, two plats, a preliminary plat extension, revocation of agricultural covenants, awarding an RFP for emergency vehicle equipment, a $5,000 Meals on Wheels donation, a Montana 250 grant application for the fairgrounds, and annexation into West Valley Rural Fire District — and tabled a school‑district lease agreement.
