Council approved a package of grant appropriations including $30,000 for Lions Club ADA work, GRAMA substance-abuse grants totaling amounts shown on the council sheet, appropriations for public-health and problem-solving courts, and funding for capital repairs and a $20,000 professional services contract to develop a capital improvement plan.
