Reeves County groundwater board approves three Raney Trust drilling and production permits
The Reeves County Groundwater Conservation District approved three drilling and production permits for wells proposed by the Raney Kimberly Beth Trust after a brief public hearing with no public comment. Each permit requested 2,419.51 AF/YR and 500 GPM for a 1,066-acre tract; the board voted 5-0.
