Council hears updates on RV dump station, lagoon work, Lead and Copper compliance and road material offer
Sunrise Engineering and town staff reported the RV dump station/lagoon preconstruction meeting is complete, a Notice to Proceed dated Feb. 23 starts a 120‑day schedule (projected June 23), USDA grant help may fund a lagoon screen‑structure study, the State will assist service‑line inventories under the Lead and Copper Rule, and WYDOT offered 5,000–7,000 tons of free road base requiring hauling.

Jeff McCarty of Sunrise Engineering told the Council that a preconstruction meeting for the RV dump station and lagoon improvements was held before the meeting and that the contractor expects to mobilize after a Notice to Proceed dated Feb. 23, starting a 120‑day construction window with a projected completion of June 23.
